I am
an expert in the field of digital and modern education,
e-learning, EdTech solutions, innovation development, and the design of new educational products.

I lead the Digital Education Team at the Faculty of Management and Economics of Gdańsk University of Technology, which designs and implements innovative teaching tools and educational resources.

I design and implement

In my professional career, I have designed and co-created dozens of award-winning educational products implemented by partners on six continents.

My portfolio includes, among others, products for teachers, school pupils, and university students, e-learning courses, prevention programs, applications, platforms, and portals supporting the development of future competences.

I am the author and co-author of publications recognized in the education industry, such as:

The Book of Trends in Education 2.0 (published in 6 languages, awarded REVERe and Quality International),
The Big Book of Online Education,
Trends in e-Learning.

I also co-authored, together with my friends, a unique educational book for children on skin cancer prevention.
The book was endorsed by the Polish Dermatological Society: Mark the Mole.

I Initiate and Implement Grant Projects

I am the author and co-author of numerous national and international projects funded by programs such as NCBiR, Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, Digital Europe, NAWA, IDUB, NBP, and FERS, including:

Inspire Edu, NUADU Smart Edu, XMAN, E-TECH, SHINE, GINA, UNBOXING, InfRO@D, BOOST-AI, NEPTUN, DigiWind, Inspire Edu, SHIFT and many more!

These projects cover modern didactics, AI in education, XR and VR in technical training, innovative teaching methods, and inter-university international collaboration.

I Research

I conduct research in the field of educational innovation, e-learning, and EdTech product development at Gdańsk University of Technology.
In my work, I focus on designing new models of EdTech product development and exploring the relationship between innovation, technology, and didactic value.

I Educate

For years, I have been leading trainings, workshops, and lectures for teachers, managers, instructional designers, and innovation leaders.
I have presented at conferences in Poland and abroad, and have collaborated with partners from Europe, Africa, and Asia.
I have experience working with Ministries of Education, the European Commission, and companies such as Apple, Microsoft, and some of the world’s largest educational publishers.

As an academic teacher, I combine didactic, research, and design experience while conducting courses in innovation processes and technology transfer at the Department of Management Engineering and Quality at Gdańsk University of Technology.
